In a convenient position being within 1 mile off the coastal village of Llanon which has a Post Office/General Stores, a Bakery, two Butchers, two Garages, two Public Houses and Church and Chapel. We are also within 1 mile inland of Pennant with its General Store and Cross Inn with a store and a Public House.
The proximity of Aberaeron –only 5 miles away-makes us the perfect spot from which to enjoy all the great events that happen there- the famous Carnival with jazz bands, Cob Show, Fish Festival, Sailing Regattas plus sampling the famous Honey Ice cream on the harbour.
The site
The beautiful Welsh coastline is just a short drive away, where boat trips take you to spot playful dolphins and seals. Perhaps even try some lessons in sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, and power boating.
Having said that, we’ve got three early stage fishing lakes on site stocked with quality coarse fish, so you may not need to leave the site at all.
Set in 5 acres of green space the low density site policy is a welcome consideration, ensuring privacy and tranquility on all plots.

Not only can you buy all of this locally, often direct from the producer, Ceredigion has great places to eat out too, with menus prepared with care by chefs passionate about local ingredients.
